Graphical objects highlight the overdue invoices for the past couple of months periodically, as well as a distribution of invoice payments received categorized by their latency.

The Invoices summary graph displays the number of invoices paid in the last 7 days and their amounts, as well as the invoices due over the next 30 and 60 days.

Invoice Listing
The listings pod displays all the invoices in your inventory. It provides a quick summary of each invoice's status, outstanding amount and due date. You can choose to list invoices by specific customers/suppliers and order them using multiple sorting options.
Track Invoice Status
The progress bar provides a snapshot of the complete lifecycle of an invoice. You can see all the previous, current and future states which an invoice goes through. You can also view the comments added during certain states.
Customer & Supplier Listing
You can see a summary of your customers/ suppliers. You can see the open invoices and outstanding in terms of overdue and not due on one page. You can also choose to deep dive into each customer/supplier by clicking on their details.
Approve or Reject Invoices
You can approve an invoice from the supplier if it meets all your requirements by clicking on APPROVE button. If you have an issue with the whole invoice, you can reject the invoice and add a comment for your supplier to see.
